One of the many great things about Eagle is we have a six-mile split of the Boise River that creates an “Island”. You’ll hear the locals say Eagle Island when describing the area. Because of the nearby water sources, there are hundreds of homesites along (or with views of) lakes, ponds, channels, and the river itself. “River and Water Homes” are the properties you’ll find in this area.
The neighborhoods are defined by green space – mature trees and lush landscaping. Popular amenities include fishing, golfing, and walking to the Boise River.
