An active lifestyle is what you want.
Homes in these types of neighborhoods are centered on a unified lifestyle element. It might be the construction style, a clubhouse, pool, park, golf course or some other feature. Active lifestyle communities are usually smaller developments with features and activities that the residents appreciate (and with strong HOAs).
They will often have higher-end construction finishes with more resort-style amenities. The homes provide a lower-maintenance lifestyle as their residents may be busy professionals or retirees who travel extensively. Some of these homes may be new construction or by water.
Active lifestyle homes include single-family homes and townhomes, and they may or may not be age-regulated. There are pros to each option, but what it all comes down to is whether or not the home you ultimately choose fits your unique list of needs. I look forward to sharing my perspective.
My Mother was the Mayor of Eagle when many of the development plans in these areas were first approved. If you are looking for something specific, Feel free to reach out at 208-900-2534 or let me exactly what you’re looking for with this form.
