Starlight Mountain Theatre is one of Idaho’s best kept secrets. Tucked away in the beautiful scenery of Garden Valley, this little theater works all summer to put on amazing shows nearly every evening from May til August! They offer up to three different shows a day, each executed with extraordinary talent. This beautiful amphitheater helps immerse yourself into the show while taking in the gorgeous views of the great Idaho outdoors.

The Show
Starlight theatre does an incredible job involving their audience. One way they interact is by serving you a delicious dinner. The dinner is served by the actors who also perform for you during dinner. This gives an incredible opportunity to get to know the cast behind the mask. When you purchase it as a package you get a discount on both the show and the dinner. A Season pass is available for $107 and is good for 4 shows. A 10 show Punch Pass is offered for $227.
Camping
Starlight is also an 18-acre campground with 13 RV hookups and 10 camping sites. This beautiful grounds has access on the Middlefork of the Payette River and is right next to the Starlight Mountain Theatre. This campsite is pet friendly as long as they have they’re on a leash. Campsites can be reserved by calling 208-462-5523.
Youth Camp
Starlight also offers a youth camp for aspiring actors and actresses! For the whole week, participants have the change to learn from and perform with the Starlight actors. The week of training leads up to their pre-show performance on the Starlight stage. The camp is for anyone ages 6-18 and is held at Starlight Monday through Friday 9am-12pm. The two sessions this year are between July 22-July 26 and July 29 – August 2. More information can be found at the Starlight website.
