One of the largest developments in Eagle Idaho is Legacy. They began building in 2006 and have built on 590 acres and are still developing over ten years later. The homes in Legacy have everything anyone could want. There are three tennis courts, a three hole, perfectly manicured, executive practice golf course and of course a fabulous swimming pool and clubhouse. The neighborhood sits between Floating Feather and Palmer Lane. For those of you who aren’t Idaho native, that is one mile of a singular neighborhood.

On top of that, it’s also within less than half a mile from two great education options. North Star Charter School is actually within the neighborhood of Legacy and is a K-12 charter school. Across the street from North Star Charter School, is Galileo STEM Academy which is a K-6 magnet school. Both are amazing options just around the corner from the Legacy community.
