Eagle already lives outdoors: greenbelt rides, river mornings, summer evenings on patios. In 2026, Life Time Eagle is set to add a four-season hub that keeps that good energy going even when the weather, wildfire smoke, or busy schedules don’t cooperate. Phase one opened with indoor tennis and pickleball; phase two is where the “athletic country & beach club” vision really lands—bringing resort-energy to regular Tuesdays.

What’s in the 2026 Build-Out
Beach Club & pools. Expect an outdoor complex designed for the whole family: a lap pool for serious sets, a leisure pool for family time, a kiddie area complete with a fun water feature and an on-site bistro so you can make an afternoon of it without packing up the cooler. Think “mini-vacation” that’s ten minutes away.
Studio experiences. Five dedicated studios are planned for yoga, cycle, barre, Pilates, and Life Time’s signature formats (GTX, Alpha, Ultra Fit, MB360). Translation: you can mix strength, mobility, and conditioning in one place and keep your routine fresh.
Expansive fitness floor. The main floor is slated to include best-in-class cardio and resistance equipment, free weights, functional zones, and coaching through Dynamic Persona
l Training. If you like structure without overthinking it, you’ll be able to drop into programmed sessions and go.
Recovery that’s actually inviting. Expect HydroMassage, CryoLounge, and compression boots (hello, long-ride legs). If you’ve ever promised yourself “I should stretch more,” the recovery spaces make it easy to build that habit.
Kids Academy. Up to 2.5 hours of daily kids’ activities—from movement and music to kid-friendly studio classes—so parents can train, sauna, or just sip a smoothie and take a minute for themselves.
LifeCafe. Post-workout fuel without detouring across town: smoothies, bowls, and quick bites that won’t undo your morning.
How This Changes a Day in Eagle
Mornings get smoother. Start with a class or a strength block, then grab something from LifeCafe before school drop-off or the office. On bad-air or icy days, your routine doesn’t stall—indoor studios and courts keep momentum going.
Afternoons can feel like summer (even on a Tuesday). When the Beach Club opens, you can turn an ordinary afternoon into a pool day. Lap time for you, splash time for the kids, and no logistics beyond sunscreen.
Evenings = community. Expect rec leagues, small-group training, and classes that become social anchors. It’s easier to show up when your friends are there—and easier to recover when the tools are on-site.
